Louise teaches a course on “The Business Model of News” at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism. This course draws on her vast experience reshaping major news companies as well as covering it as a reporter.

She also teaches a course at the Yale School of Management called “Race and Money in America, Contemporary Business Applications.” That course, co-taught with Ebony Reed, draws on Louise’s work reporting and writing her book “The Black Dollar.”
